Content Guidelines

FilmCatcher has carefully developed the following content guidelines to promote the free-flowing exchange of ideas and opinions while maintaining standards consistent with the online community at large and its members. FilmCatcher does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion or socio-economic status.

1. Displaying material containing nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent, or which violate local, state, and national laws.

2. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity.

3. Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities. Promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals. This includes, but is not limited to providing instructions on how to assemble weapons or perform an act designed to hurt another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member, profile or posting from the FilmCatcher community which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

FilmCatcher does not actively monitor of the site's content, but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines.

Users who are in violation of the FilmCatcher Content Guidelines may have their membership revoked, services cancelled, and their profiles (or portions thereof) removed without warning; in which event FilmCatcher will not return the removed content to the offending member.

FilmCatcher is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of offensive material, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons.
