About Festival

Alan Hruska, director of Nola and The Warrior Class, returns with his new film, REUNION. The film concerns a group of smart and successful people, all members of a Yale secret society, who meet years after graduation to explore – and rationalize – who they have become.  As old wounds open and their dead friend’s secret is revealed, they learn the reality of the past and the reason love and happiness have eluded them.

The Actors

Highlights:

Jessica Hecht, Cynthia Stevenson, Amy Pietz, David Thornton, Josh Pais, Alice Evans, Brett Cullen and Jamey Sheridan talk about the characters they portray inReunion.  A big cast.  These are actors you’ll definitely recognize.  They’ve acted in dezens of movies and TV shows.  You’ll find yourself saying, “oh yeah, that guy”.

Happenings:

Lead by Brett Cullen and Zoe McLellan (who wasn’t on set the day we shot this clip), as well as the actors above, the cast includes Chris McDonald, Anna Khaja, Sam Coppola, Damian Young, Derek Cecil and Felix Solis.  These actors soared in their solos and blended beautifully together as an ensemble.  This piece is like a chamber concerto.
