The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), held in Toronto, Canada, is widely considered to be one of the top film festivals in the world. It is the premiere film festival in North America from which the Oscars race begins. It is the world's largest film festival open to the general public [1].

Saddened by the greed he sees around him, a millionaire leaves his fortune to Amal, a humble rickshaw driver (Rupinder Nagra).  Amal has no idea he is now an heir, and will never find out, if the millionaire's jilted family has their way.  Canadian director RICHIE MEHTA talks about making his first feature in the unpredictable environment of New Delhi.
