Order
If you're a returning customer, you can place your new order quickly and easily by entering your login data during your checkout without having to re-enter your personal information. Your login data consists of your user ID and password. You can check and update your data, if applicable, before placing your new order
If you're a new customer, you must register with FilmCatcher before you can complete your transaction. You will be prompted through the simple process, and your checkout process will be resumed once your account is activated.
Can I enter different billing and shipping addresses?
Yes, you can enter two different addresses when ordering online. All correspondence relating to the order and payment will be sent by email to the address you entered during the registration process. Your order will be delivered to the address you designate as the delivery address.
How secure is the order process?
FilmCatcher protects all transfer of sensitive information, including credit card and other personal information, using industry-standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We employ a cryptographic certificate issued by Verisign to validate our authenticity to users. Our website is served by Apache HTTP Server, an industry standard secure web server, and is patched regularly with all of the latest security patches.
What will happen after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation for your transaction immediately after your order is placed. You will also receive a confirmation via email containing all of your order data including your receipt.
Whether you chose to pay by credit, debit card, or redeemed a valid gift certificate during the order process, your order will be processed immediately. If your product is to be delivered electronically, it will be made available for download immediately upon payment verification.
How can I use a gift certificate?
Choose a gift certificate denomination and add it to your shopping cart. The gift certificate code will be displayed on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email, which can be forwarded to your gift recipient.
By entering the gift certificate code at the checkout page, recipients can redeem FilmCatcher gift certificates for any purchase or rental fee. For orders with a higher total than the certificate amount, a credit card can be used for the remaining balance. You can enter the gift certificate code for every purchase until the entire amount is spent.
For questions about a cancellation, please contact our customer service in writing (by email) to explain why you would like to cancel the order.
Your request will be reviewed within two business days. We will notify you of the result by email. Any credit will be charged back to the credit or debit card you used for the transaction, or to your FilmCatcher account in the case of gift certificate redemptions.

When will I receive my product?
Product delivery depends on the payment option you chose during the checkout process. The estimated arrival of your shipment is displayed on the left-hand side of your order confirmation page, as well as on the Order History page in the My Account section.
