Aronofsky's compelling tale of  fraternal bonding and family dysfunction has made this one of this year's most buzzed-about festival entries.

In our interview, Darren talks about coming up with the idea for the film, using non-actors to achieve a sense of reality, and the joys and challenges of working with a talent like Mickey Rourke.
