Review of Atonement

Nominated Indeed

Incredible movie - and really stunning in its depiction of the novel of the same title. Knightley and McAvoy surely deserve their Golden Globe Nominations and perform at the height of their potential here, depicting lovers separated by a lie and the lives that are each lived in Atonement due to the quick and thoughtless actions of a young girl. Vanessa Redgrade sews up the film - magnificently and Joe Wright directs a near perfect period piece spanning decades in this masterful film. Go and see the best nominated film in theatres!
