A Real Nightmare

I'll add this to the other BLAH movies that have come out in the indie houses - that now house Diary of the Dead, and Oscar revivals hoping to booster their attendance and cashflow. This year has been dreadful with hopefuls that shot high, but landed on a pile of sh*t. Take this film, for instance. Directed by Woody Allen, with Ewan McGregor, Colin Farrell, Tom Wilkinson and the lovely Hayley Atwell. I had such high hopes for this film, and the sad fact is that it would have been more interesting if Atwell had actually shed her clothes - that's the ONLY way this movie would have been engaging! It was truly horrible. A bad plot littered with horrible dialogue and characters that you really couldn't give a rip about. If I was in 90,000 Pounds in debt, I'd probably shoot myself too! It just plays on the sympathy that anyone would care what happens to two people that murder someone. We don't, and with that, don't go and waste your money on this movie. I can't believe that I'm saying this...go and see Step Up 2.
