Review of The Darjeeling LimitedWes Anderson's best to dateIn Wes Anderson's newest quirky comedy we meet three brothers played by Jason Schwartzman, Adrian Brody, and Owen Wilson. Having not spoken for a year following the death of their father and the abandonment of their mother, they have joined together on a spiritual journey to become the brothers they once were. From the moment they step onto the train the 'Darjeeling Limited' the laughs begin. I love Wes Anderson's way of shooting in different sequence styles and the way he captures the environment the leads are in so vividly. I have to also say that I was so surprised by Adrian Brody's comical ease into this type of indi-comedy. I definately enjoyed his performance just as much as Owen and Jason's and hope that he continues to delve into the comedy spectrum. As always if you love Wes Anderson, go see this film. But if you don't really love Wes Anderson, go see this film because I believe it is his best work and this film has a little something that everyone can enjoy.
