Plot Summary
Oblivious to his surroundings and his life as a house painter in Brooklyn, Johnny inhabits a fantasy world all his own. Then he meets a woman who could help him get a record deal, but heartbreak soon follows. It takes a more down-to-earth schoolteacher to bring him back to reality.
